In fact, the book in this photo is the one I āforgotā to give back to my third grade classroom. I now read it every year. And since the book has sold over 50 million copies, Iām not the only one.

Pick a weight that is 40-50% of your max. This is more of a HIIT workout than anything.
Itās 5 rounds of 10 reps for each of the following.
10 slam balls
10 hex bar deadlifts
10 landmines each shoulder
Rest 30 seconds
REPEAT 5 TIMES

I wrote a short story this week about a trip I took visiting my grandparents in Florida when I was a teenager. Nearly 500k people have seen it.

It's the summer of '92 and I'm visiting my grandparents solo in Florida.
I'm 14.
The main activities were the dog track, dinner at 5pm & movies with my grandfather.
He wasn't into movies so he'd see whatever I wanted.
I hatched a devious plan.
