5 Free Home Workouts Inspired By Denzel Washingtonās
Most Kick Ass Movies
The goal of these workouts is to get us jacked, make us more jacked, or to maintain overall jacked-ness as weāre hunkered down with our gyms closed and our favorite workout classes/facilities shut down. These workouts donāt require any equipment other than some basic things you have around the house.
This week weāre tackling 5 workouts built from Denzelās greatest hits: Training Day, Man on Fire, Remember the Titans, The Hurricane, He Got Game
Each workout includes some of my favorite quotes, some thoughts on the movies and how they connect to the workout and, of course, a workout.
The workouts should last anywhere between 30 and 50 minutes.
Depending on your fitness level, you can increase or decrease the rep ranges. Donāt forget a nice 10-minute warm-up jog or jump rope to get you loose before you start.
